PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Under European legislation, new products always come with a free 3-year warranty, ensuring that all instructions in the product technical sheet have been followed for end customers. For products sold to business customers, the warranty is reduced to 1 year.

In the case of used products, there is also a 6-month warranty. However, if the equipment contains digital components, the warranty may extend to 18 months by mutual agreement.

Customized products – no exchanges are made, except for items with defects.
