Knurl

With a diamond patterns on the sides and two distinct markings for powerlifting and weightlifting, this knurl offers a firm and secure grip during exercises.

Bearing

On the 5kg barbell, the bearings are made up of copper washers (bushing), providing controlled and consistent rotation during lifting.

On the 10kg barbell, 4 bearings with high-precision cylinders (needle bearing) are used, offering an even smoother and more fluid rotation.
