THE 3 WORKOUTS TO DO WITH YOUR FAMILY
Exercising as a family has numerous advantages for those looking to start practicing more physical activity and socializing: training with several people, especially if they are close to you, brings motivation and the desire to overcome; Furthermore, it is a very fun way to strengthen bonds and improve the interpersonal and personal aspects of your relationships together; physical exercise is normally associated with a healthy lifestyle and diet, which can mean significant changes in each person’s habits, making the process not only fun, but also important for everyone’s long-term health!
Point out some of the workouts you can do, in different locations, depending on your availability:
1. Workout at home
Exercising at home, with little material, can be the best for beginners, as it doesn’t involve traveling or a lot of material and, therefore, it’s one less excuse not to move!
Maximum repetitions in 15 minutes:
- 50 single rope jumps or 25 double jumps
- 10 Pushups
- 20 Sit-ups
- 30 Squats
2. Workout outside
If you don’t have that much space at home, or the weather invites you to go for a walk with the family, take advantage and invite everyone to the next training session:
5 rounds for timing:
- 30 meters walking on all fours
- 20 Deadlifts with medicine ball/kettlebell
- 10 Pull-ups / Rows
3. Training in the gym/box
Some boxes and gyms take advantage of festive days to bring one or more guests to try out the space! Why not take advantage and take the whole family training?
Pair training – divide it however you want
For time
- 100 Calories from rowing or cycling
- 100 Wallballs / Squats
- 100 Box jumps/climbs
