Description

The Neoprene Weightlifting Belt provides protection for the lower back and abdominal area during strength training exercises with heavy loads. It helps engage the core, keeping it stable without significant variations.

Durable, lightweight, and highly resistant, it is a more affordable alternative to leather belts.

It is available in two lumbar contact widths: 10cm and 15cm.
The 15cm version offers greater support, while the 10cm version allows for more freedom of movement.

The belt is available in sizes XS to XL. Its Velcro fastening allows for quick transitions between exercises, making it easy to loosen or remove with a simple motion.

There are several benefits to using a weightlifting belt: trunk and lower limb stabilization, increased abdominal pressure which helps stabilize the spine, injury prevention due to this same stabilization, and improved body awareness, especially in the core area and proper spinal positioning during movement.

Note: The belt is only recommended for lifting heavy loads. It is not advised for lighter lifts, as it may weaken the core over time. Since the belt provides external support, it can reduce muscle engagement during movement.
