Wooden Jerk Block

The Wooden Jerk Blocks are designed with a double wall and strategically aligned inserts for safe stacking. With 4 combined platforms, they can be used to adjust training to different heights. All the edges of the blocks are rounded for maximum safety. They are most often used for training with Olympic bars and discs to improve all overhead movements, without having to store the bar in the J-Cup Hooks of a Rack for each repetition. It can also be used for Olympic movements, partial deadlifts, climbs or box jumps.
